Etroa Resources LLC is an oil and gas firm founded in 2008 and located in Covington, Louisiana. The company's mission is to acquire and exploit oil and gas assets in the Gulf Coast region. Etroa is funded by PetroDevelopment Partners, L.P. (www.PetroDevelopmentLP.com), an investment partnership with offices in Houston and Los Angeles.

Etroa seeks to buy, optimize, and enhance production and to drill and participate in exploitation wells.  The company's expertise is in Gulf Coast onshore and offshore reservoirs, especially low-resistivity pays, and that is where its efforts are focused.

Etroa has strong engineering, geoscience, and management expertise internally, with affiliations that provide trusted access and support in operations, drilling, and producing technologies. 

Etroa enjoys a strategic alliance with Fairwinds International, a topsides engineering, construction, and project management firm located in Covington, Louisiana, that specializes in Gulf of Mexico shelf and Gulf Coast platforms, pipelines, facilities, abandonments, and due diligence.
